DON'T TAKE THESE ITEMS AFTER MEALS

Even though you have taken a good nutritional food you have to follow the following tips for your health protection.

Don't eat fruits two to three hours before or after the meals. This will increases your belly.

If you take tea after meals it will not be digested.  Acids in the Tea leaves will resists the digestive system. So avoid taking Tea after meals.

Don't take bath after meals.  This result increases blood circulation in hands and legs and circulation will  decreases at stomach area and the digestive function will also reduces.

Don't Walk after taking meals.  If you do this the digestive system fails to absorb the nutrition from the food.

Finally Don't go to sleep immediately after taking the food.  It also will affect on the digestive system.
